Ingredients
  • 6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • c 2% or 4% Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped pickle
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • ½ tsp pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dill
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients everything together.

  2. Eat with chopped veggies, crackers, or on a piece of sprouted bread.

Note

Add ¼-1/2 avocado for the fiber!
