1pound organic chicken (, sliced into bite sized pieces)
6-8 Bacon (, chopped into chunks)
1 ½lbs brussels sprouts (, shaved)
4Tbsps fresh oregano (, roughly chopped)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
lemon slices for garnish
red pepper flakes
fresh grated Parmesan cheese ((optional))
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium–high heat. Add garlic, and chicken, Cook, stirring, until chicken is heated through, browned and crispy, 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet, and set aside.
Add remaining oil to the skillet along with brussels sprouts and chopped bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until brussels sprouts are browned to your liking, 5 - 8 minutes. Add chicken back into skillet and stir.
Remove from heat and squeeze with fresh lemon juice, tossing to coat. Season with salt and red pepper flakes, add oregano and freshly grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
