Healthy Butternut Squash & Apple Soup
Thick, creamy, and absolutely fantastic, this Butternut Squash Apple Soup is a great winter warmer and super easy to make!

Ingredients
3
cups
butternut squash peeled and cut into cubes
4-6
cups
bone broth
depending on how thick you like it
1
cup
onion diced
1
tbsp
grass fed butter
2
apples
diced
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
pepper
1
tsp
nutmeg
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
ginger
Instructions
Wash, peel, remove seeds and cube squash
Add all ingredients to a large pot, or dutch oven.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
Using an immersion blender, puree the soup.
Taste for seasoning, and adjust if necessary.
