Thick, creamy, and absolutely fantastic, this Butternut Squash Apple Soup is a great winter warmer and super easy to make!

Ingredients
  • butternut squash peeled and cut into cubes
  • 4-6  bone broth   (depending on how thick you like it)
  • onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon grass fed butter
  • 2 apples  (diced)
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
Instructions
  1. Wash, peel, remove seeds and cube squash

  2. Add all ingredients to a large pot, or dutch oven.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
  4. Using an immersion blender, puree the soup.
  5. Taste for seasoning, and adjust if necessary.
  6. Enjoy!
