Meal Planning Sunday #5
Welcome to another Meal Planning Sunday! I hope it will help you plan your meals out as well! Copy my menu each week or create your own! Each Sunday I will be posting healthy and EASY meals that will get us all in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible. As a busy Mom of two, I want to make these plans as kid-friendly as possible! If you missed last weeks click here. If you are on my email list I will be emailing you as well to let you know the new menu is up!
Not on my list yet!?
And my hope is that you too will share your favorite recipes and we will all be rock stars in the kitchen!!
Here we go!
Monday
SPICY SRIRACHA-GLAZED SALMON WITH YOGURT SAUCE
A sweet and spicy dish, perfect for a quick dinner after a long day at work.
Tuesday
Taco Tuesday!
Well, it’s another Taco Tuesday!!! But this week I’m switching up the recipe!!
Wednesday
I’m excited to make this recipe this week.
Thursday
Its suppose to be cold here on Thursday so I thought a yummy keto-friendly soup would be perfect!!
Friday
We usually have a frozen pizza or leftovers.
Saturday & Sunday
We usually do free range on the weekends. SO I never plan a meal.
I hope you enjoyed my first Meal Planning Sunday!
Have a great day!!

Admire this meal planning so much! I have always had trouble with starting that up, so it’s nice to see your example clearly laid out!

Great idea! I do meal planning also, though not always on Sundays (crazy schedule when one of you works in retail!)
Your web site looks awesome! Did you design it yourself? Always on the lookout for great tips on improving the look of things…

Looking forward to trying some of these recipes. Especially the keto friendly soup. I’m on the keto diet and I love finding fun alternatives. Can’t wait to try it.

Great ideas! I love planning my meals in advance for the week! I find that it saves so much time & effort on having to decide what you’re going to make each day! I’m also a planner in general, so it just comes second nature I guess haha!

I love that you have a meal planning Sunday. When we know ( and plan) what we are eating ahead of time, it makes it a whole lot easier to feed our bodies nutritous food throughout the week. This makes it easier to curb those quick snack grabs or finishing off our kids food….
Thanks for sharing!

I love taco Tuesday. Usually have pizza Fridays! Planning ahead with great recipes makes meal time so much easier. Thank you.

I need to try out new meals, I gave taco Tuesday a go and with the kids, it was a nightmare so I will be holding that back until later on. This is a nice list, I will be adding soup to mine too.
