Over 21 days you’ll become comfortable with the different workout formats and gain an insight into the time of day and space in your home that works best for you. Most importantly, you’ll shift beyond the awkward stages of novelty and can start to enjoy your workouts and feel great!

There are two BACK TO YOU 21-day workout plans included in your challenge pack (and an equipment and non-equipment option for each) – so you can choose which plan is right for you and your lifestyle.
BACK TO YOU Level 1.0 – If you’re a new exerciser or want to ease yourself back in, this is the plan for you. Complete the schedule of flexible and time-efficient workouts in your own time. Some days have options for you to choose your workout. Once you’ve completed your workout, check the circle to track your progress.
BACK TO YOU Level 2.0 – If you’re feeling on top of your game and want to challenge yourself, this program will push your limits with a series of flexible and time-efficient workouts to complete in your own time. Once you’ve completed your workout, check the circle to track your progress.
