Personal Training

I will work with you one on one using an individualized program designed just for you. To help you reach your personal fitness goals. Your training program takes into consideration your individual strengths, weaknesses, exercise history, any injuries you may have now or in the past, goals and dreams. I customize your  the program around what you want to get out of it.

Your program will include nutritional guidance, offering the newest and innovated fitness programs around.

Sessions can also take place in the comfort of your own home, park or agreed upon location . I will bring all the equipment needed for your training sessions. Prices may vary on in home training sessions depending on travel.

 

Initial consultation/ Fitness assessment are included.
