One Pan Chicken Brussel Sprouts Skillet

Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps olive oil, or avocado oil
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 pound organic chicken, sliced into bite sized pieces
6-8 Bacon, chopped into chunks
1 ½ lbs. brussels sprouts, shaved
4 Tbsps fresh oregano, roughly chopped
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
lemon slices for garnish
red pepper flakes
fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsps olive oil or avocado oil
- 1-2 cloves fresh garlic , minced
- 1 pound organic chicken , sliced into bite sized pieces
- 6-8 Bacon , chopped into chunks
- 1 ½ lbs brussels sprouts , shaved
- 4 Tbsps fresh oregano , roughly chopped
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- lemon slices for garnish
- red pepper flakes
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium–high heat. Add garlic, and chicken, Cook, stirring, until chicken is heated through, browned and crispy, 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet, and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet along with brussels sprouts and chopped bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until brussels sprouts are browned to your liking, 5 - 8 minutes. Add chicken back into skillet and stir.
- Remove from heat and squeeze with fresh lemon juice, tossing to coat. Season with salt and red pepper flakes, add oregano and freshly grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
