I’m so excited to bring Meal Planning Sunday BACK!!! I hope these recipes help you plan your meals for the week!

This is a way for me to keep myself accountable to meal plan each week! And I hope it will help you plan your meals out as well! Copy my menu each week or create your own! Each Sunday I will be posting healthy and EASY meals that will get us all in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible.

One thing I get anxious over is that 4:00 PM hour when I don’t have a clue what we are having for dinner. Have you been there too?

 My hope is to give you a little mental break from that sometimes daunting question, “What are we going to have for dinner?”

Healthy Baked Cheddar Ranch Chicken

Chicken dipped in a mixture of ranch seasoning and panko breadcrumbs then baked till crispy makes for the perfect delicious easy weeknight meal. Serve this with a salad and you have a high protein lower carb lunch or dinner. Did your mom ever make Shake ‘N Bake?

It’s Taco Tuesday!!! Taco Tuesday is a favorite meal in our house! Ever since The Lego Movie came out we have dedicated every Tuesday to TACO TUESDAY!! Have you seen that movie? Its a fav in our house. This taco meat is so simple to make and perfect for loading up on soft or hard shell tacos or my favorite over salad and topping with all your favorite taco toppings. Lettuce, Salsa, Sour Cream, Avocado, Cheese. get creative!

This dinner issuper easy you can even buy the pre-made frozen meatballs for an even quicker meal if you don’t have timeto make your own meatballs. I might make a side of spaghetti noodles for the kids but Ryan and I will be opting out of the noodles. You can also serve over spaghetti squash noodles or veggie of your choice!
