Day 2 of 12 Days of Cookies!


 On the second Day of Cookies, my trainer gave to me… 

Peanut Butter Cookies


These three-ingredient peanut butter cookies are so quick and delicious!

Quick, easy, and delicious! 
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Course Cookies

Servings 12 cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together. Mixing well. Rolling into balls Take a fork and flatten in a crisscross pattern. Bake 350*F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!  

Notes

These can easily be doubled!
