PEACH COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots: we love them all! And they are at their peak season now in summer.

We are currently growing in our orchard 3 peach trees, cherry trees, apple trees, and too many to count plum trees.  You can read about our orchard we are starting here.

This peach coconut smoothie is creamy, sweet and delicious without any dairy or added sugar. Fresh ripe peaches make all the difference in this easy paleo smoothie.

PEACH COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Delicious dairy-free peaches and cream smoothie.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Course Smoothie
Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 large fresh peaches peeled and cut into chunks
  • Fresh lemon zest or 1 drop lemon essential oil to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk, ice, and peaches to Blendtec or blender. Add a few gratings of fresh lemon zest, to taste.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
