Summer Salad
Are you looking for a healthy side dish to bring to a party or serve at a get together? This is a delicious summer salad is full of superfoods. It is an easy and quick recipe to make. You can even add ingredients such as onions, green peppers, mushrooms. Try roasting the pine nuts first to add an even richer taste. Really the options are unlimited. Add grilled chicken or steak to make it a main dish. This salad would also be great to bring to lunch.

Super food Salad
Makes: About 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 bag Mixed Greens
1 bag Spinach
Strawberries
Blueberries
Green Onions
Pine Nuts
Add all ingredients together and toss.

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil, or canola oil
